Ángel Ibañez won the Master Senior at Guaalmina,a two days event at the South Course with 166 shots for a 146 net score, four strokes ahead of the runner-up Leonardo Pardo.
The rain previous to the competition suggested the possibility of suspending the first day, but thank to the ground staff the Competition Committee decided to go ahead, the course was in very difficoult conditions but all players congratulated R.C.G. Guadalmina for its effort.
Ángel has taken a good step forward to qualify for the National Team, representing Spain in the European Master Senior Champioship
A good result in Madrid will give Ángel suficient points.
