I am pleased to call you to the ANNUAL GENERAL ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY MEETING  of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina to celebrate on June 19^th , 2024 (Wednesday) at The Club House of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina at 12:00. in the first call, at 12:15 p.m. in the second call and at 12:30. in the third call with the following

AGENDA

1. President’s report.
2. Proposal for approval of the previous year’s annual report, settlement of the budget, balance sheet and closing of the financial year and its accounts.
3. Presentation and, where appropriate, approval of the income and expenditure budget, projects and proposals of the Board of Directors.
4. Election of the members of the “Conciliation Committee” and their substitutes..
5. Ratification the admissions and departures of Members.
6. Election or, as the case may be, renewal of the Auditors.
7. Requests and questions.
