According to article 26 of our by laws referred to Electoral Supervisors. Not less than sixty (60) days prior to the election day the Club Secretary shall place a notice on the Club.s notice Board calling for volunteers to act as Election Officers at the elections. Not less than forty (40) days prior to the date on which the elections are be held, three (3) Election Officers shall be elected from amongst such volunteers thus forming the Electoral Committee, which Committee shall have the following duties:
a) To verify and to approve the electoral register.
b) To approve and to announce the names of the candidates.
c) To resolve any disputes, claims and incidents as might arise with regard to the electoral process.
WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THAT THE ELECTIONS FOR ELECTORAL SUPERVISORS TOOK PLACE , AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 28TH AT 12.00, THE MEMBERS ELECTED WERE:
